Terms of Purchase

1.Buy
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when Anne's Painting has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is shipped.

2. Prices

The sale of own art is exempt from VAT.

3. Delivery and Shipping

All orders are sent as insured, traceable mail through Postnord normally no later than ten days after the order confirmation has been sent. All deliveries within Sweden are included in the price of the product.
Customs duties and other charges may apply.

The work can be picked up at the gallery, but then payment must be made in advance.

4. Payment options/terms

Klarna
Through Klarna you can choose the payment method:
Within Sweden card payment (Visa/Mastercard), internet bank payment, invoice payment and partial payment.
Within the Nordic card payment (Visa/Mastercard).
In the rest of the world, Paypal works best because the payment routine is only available in Swedish,

PayPal
After ordering, you will be directed to PayPal for payment. If you don't have PayPal account, you can pay by card genm to click "Pay by card".

5. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order directly.  If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to shop@annesgalleri.com

6. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item. Returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

7. Complaints

If you wish to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please let us know by email to shop@annesgalleri.com before sending anything. Add the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations (Sweden only)

8. Refunds

Refunds are made via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

9. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business solely for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service you expect from us. According to pul (Personal Data Act) you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request rectification or removal from our customer register. If so, please contact our customer service(shop@annesgalleri.com). We also declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal data.

10. Unclaimed packages

If your package arrives at a delivery point, an email or sms notification will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have provided.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.

11. Force Majeur

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect the agreements entered into and commitments made by us, which prevent us from keeping the said agreement/commitment, shall constitute the basis for our release from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
